Have your ordering information ready and call Marg anytime between 9:00am and 9:00pm Mountain Time to place your order. If we can not take your call, please leave your telephone number with your area code on the voice mail system and we will call you back, usually within 24 hours or less.

The cheapest, fastest and most convenient way to place an order with Marg is via the Internet. We typically respond to emails within 24 hours or less. Click HERE to initiate an order via the Internet.

In order to provide you with quicker service and to prevent incorrect orders, we prefer to speak with our customers by telephone, at least for initial orders.

In order to serve you better we call or e-mail you to confirm your order and to give you details as to when you should expect to receive your shipment. We can usually ship Highland shoes, Jig shoes, plaids, tartans, and velvets within one week. For Highland and National costumes our shipping time is dependent upon our current inventory, although most costumes are in stock at all times. We will let you know when confirming your order, exactly when your shipment will be sent. We will also discuss various shipping options with you at that time, in order that you can determine your desired shipping cost.

Marg’s Highland Dance Wear Inc. is not responsible for improperly ordered costumes, shoes or fabric. If you are unfortunate enough to order a costume, shoe or fabric in the wrong size or colour it is your responsibility to send the unused product back to Marg’s Highland Dance Wear Inc. on a prepaid shipping basis (where you cover the shipping cost). Please be careful when ordering and measuring to ensure that you get what you want in your shipment. Don’t hesitate to phone Marg if you have any questions about measuring and sizes, it may save you time and money. Marg’s Highland Dance Wear uses the services of Canada Post for all shipment of goods. Due to the varying methods of shipping available (land, air, express) we give our customers the option to choose the shipping option that best suits their time and price needs. Marg’s Highland Dance Wear will contact you upon the receipt of your order to discuss the various shipping methods and prices available to you. The price of shipping will be added to your invoice.

Marg's Highland Dance Wear does not guarantee delivery dates. Once the package is in the hands of the shipper all responsibility for the safe and timely delivery of goods shifts to the transporting agent. Marg's Highland Dance Wear DOES NOT assume any liabilities relating to delivery date of goods shipped or delays in delivery caused by weather, government authority, customs, shipper, or any other cause.

We prefer payment with VISA, MASTERCARD, and MONEY ORDERS. Personal cheques drawn on CANADIAN banks may be accepted.
